Mercedes-Benz CLA: New Tech, Electric and Hybrid Options, and Production Locations

Mercedes-Benz has introduced the new CLA model, highlighting its advanced technology and efficient design. The CLA will be available in both electric and hybrid versions, catering to different consumer preferences. Key features of the new CLA include the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), an in-house developed system that uses AI and connects to the Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Cloud. This enables over-the-air updates for vehicle functions, including driver assistance systems. The electric and hybrid CLA models will be manufactured at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Rastatt, Germany. The Kecskemét plant in Hungary will also produce other models in the new family. These production locations underscore Mercedes-Benz's global manufacturing network and its commitment to producing advanced vehicles. The 2026 CLA is an EV first and a hybrid second.
