Mexico is set to continue trade negotiations with the United States, following a pause in tariffs. President Claudia Sheinbaum affirmed the administration's commitment to a positive dialogue, emphasizing the importance of upholding principles of sovereignty, non-intervention, and non-interference. These discussions occur as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Mexico's national economy and reduce reliance on imports. Sheinbaum also highlighted a meeting with Ana Botín, president of Banco Santander, which will invest $2 billion in Mexico.
