Folsom, PA, Celebrates Italian Heritage at First Annual Italian Festival

Thousands of people gathered in Folsom, Pennsylvania, on March 29, 2025, for the inaugural Folsom Italian Festival, a vibrant celebration of Italian-American heritage. The area around the Folsom Fire Company was transformed into a bustling marketplace with nearly 60 vendors. They offered a variety of Italian treats like pizza and cannoli, as well as handcrafted Italian-themed items. The free event, organized by the Associazione Regionale Abruzzese of Delco and Delaware Valley, was a huge success, bringing the community together to enjoy Italian culture. Co-chair Lauren Christy expressed her pride in openly celebrating her Italian heritage, reflecting on her grandparents' past experiences. The festival featured music and the delicious smells of Italian food, creating a strong sense of community.
