A massive fire erupted at Korchevatsky Beach in Kyiv, reportedly caused by a short circuit. The blaze quickly spread into the territory of the Galerny Peninsula.
Rescue teams are on-site working to contain the fire and prevent its further spread. Meanwhile, police are investigating the incident to determine the exact cause of the fire.
While the short circuit is the primary theory, authorities are also considering arson, as witnesses reported the presence of unidentified individuals in camouflage near the scene. One of these individuals claimed to be a journalist but refused to provide identification.
