Bavaria and Bulgaria Weather Update
Bavaria is experiencing unstable weather with showers, rain, and possible light snowfall above 1200 meters in the Alps. Temperatures range from 7 to 13 degrees Celsius, potentially reaching 17 degrees in northern Bavaria later this week. Improvement is expected towards the week's end with sunshine and temperatures between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius, followed by more unsettled conditions and rain.
Bulgaria is also facing unstable weather, with cloudy skies and light rain, especially in northern and western regions. Southern Bulgaria may see temporary clearing. A moderate south-southwesterly wind is expected. Minimum temperatures range from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius, around 10 degrees in Sofia. Maximum temperatures will reach between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius, about 15 degrees in Sofia. Mountainous areas will have cloudy conditions with rain, turning to snow above 2200-2300 meters.
The Black Sea coast will experience predominantly cloudy conditions with light rain, particularly along the northern coastline. A light south-southwesterly wind will shift east-northeast in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures range from 12 degrees Celsius in the north to 18-19 degrees Celsius in the south near Burgas. Expect significant cloud cover, rain, and thunderstorms in the coming days, with the highest rainfall probability overnight Wednesday to Thursday in southwestern regions.
