O.J. Simpson's Estate to Auction Personal Belongings

The estate of O.J. Simpson is preparing for an auction of his personal belongings, scheduled to take place between March 12 and March 29. Malcolm LaVergne, the special administrator of Simpson's estate, has proposed the auction, which will be managed by Goldin Auctions LLC. Simpson's children have until February 26 to object to the sale. Items potentially up for auction include photographs of Simpson with political figures such as former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Also included is a painting of Simpson by Andy Warhol, a Heisman USC poster signed by Simpson, and photographs from his films like "Naked Gun" and "The Cassandra Crossing." The auction may also feature plaques commemorating Simpson's achievements in the NFL, golf, and fantasy football. Additionally, Simpson's pornography collection from prison and legal documents from his time incarcerated, including handwritten grievances and a manuscript discussing Bruce Jenner and the Kardashians, are being considered for inclusion. The proceeds from the auction are intended to settle debts owed to creditors of Simpson's estate.
